Manager - Operations Job Code: RT/MO/Indore Job Location:  Indore Job Description:  Dy. Manager – Operations & Quality Role:The assignment/ project is a Non-Voice, International Cloud process . This is one of the senior most positions in the company wherein the Dy.Manager – Operations will not only have to liaison with clients, but also to monitor and control the calling staff. This is a managerial role wherein the candidate will be responsible for the complete center’s profitability, brands financial health, meeting quality parameters, employee happiness index and day to day operations Work Location: Indore Functional Area:  ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service Functional Role:  Operations Executive/manager Candidate Requirement Desired Profile/Responsibilities:
• Primarily to build and manage the delivery centre and ensure that the center remains profitable and is on a growth trajectory. Along with managing operations the role will closely work with sales and pre sales to close business and support large bids
• The position will manage both voice and back office operations, meet stringent SLA’s, CSAT and should have worked on outcome based revenue projects.
• Provide support and guidance to the agents and ensure maximum productivity at all times.
• Demonstrating thought leadership and lessons learnt from the other organizations as appropriate to ensure successful delivery of contracted services levels.
• Leveraging business acumen, management experience, change management skills and domain expertise skills to provide strategic and tactical support to service delivery operations of the BPO centre. Should have worked on outcome based revenue projects. Soft Skills Required:
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills. Good client interfacing skills
• Pleasing Personality. Energetic and self driven individual .Self motivated and team worker
• Willing to work in USA time shifts (night shift) Education: MBA (prefreablly) with 2-4 years of experience in the same industry. Candidates from other industry may also apply. Preferred MBA/ BE/B.Tech Superior academic background with consistent performance.
