Manager Engineering (m/f), Indore in Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Your tasks:
- Analyze drawings, specifications and job site location to ensure proper scheduling, recommend customary fee adjustments if necessary
- Specify and initiate procurement of instrumentation for field use, arrange for maintenance and repair through manufacture
- Prepare detailed proposalsor provide data to sales staff as appropriate
- Organize, schedule, and assign personnel to projects to obtain most effective utilization of resources and meet customer commitments; set goals and manage job performance
- Visit job sites to provide technical guidance and supervision to other divisions within the company, ensure satisfactory progress and favorable customer relations
- Prepare data for operating and capital equipment budgets
- Participate in field engineering on unique projects or as dictated by flow of work
- Provide leadership and manage all engineering aspects in a specific district
- Prepare complete reports from technical data gathered as required
- Participate in sales meetings and product seminars to remain current in corrosion field
Your skills:
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have experience with cathodic protection systems and othercorrosion control systems
- 5 years supervisory experience and 5-8 years related experience
- Business knowledge, computer literacy and strong team and internal customer service skills are a must
- Possess and apply comprehensive engineering knowledge on significant assignments
- Degree in Materials, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or other related field required
- Experience meeting budget and district revenue goals
