Contracts Manager (m/f), Indore in Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Your tasks:
- Identify and develop contracts policies and procedures
- Review contracts to manage risk and ensure the company is capable of meeting obligations
- Draft new agreements and addendums, prepare and manage various types of contractual documents as needed for a variety of business purposes- Manage renewals and amendments to existing vendor agreements
- Work with outside counsel as needed
- Persuasively advocate for and effectively represent the company and its positions to third parties
- Create or update and maintain forms, templates and other materials used to manage and documentthe company’s agreements, and used as drafting/negotiation tools
- Draft, negotiate and manage agreements based on existing templates including non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, master services  agreements, statements of work, schedules and exhibits
- Administer, negotiate, amend, and terminate contracts as requested by internal stakeholders
- Draft and negotiate agreements and other documents such as client contracts, amendments, schedules, nondisclosure agreements and other standard legal documents such as forms and customer account applications
- Responsible fortracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and administration and maintenance of documentation
Your skills:
- Strong work ethic
- Professional services such as engineering or design services, consulting, HR services, strongly preferred
- Strong communicationskills – written and verbal, strong interpersonal skills and client relationship
- Strong analytical, investigatory and process skills – need to be able to quickly analyze complex factual
- Exceptional organizational skills
- 5-8 years of applicable contracts paralegal professional experience
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple competing tasks simultaneously to closure
- A demonstrated track record in successfully developing, negotiating, and managing contracts in a technology environment
